How do I place an order at Maddox Detail?
You must create a profile with username and password that will allow you to buy the products you need in a very simple way. We have built a friendly user experience to make your purchase process as easy as possible. Will I be able to know the status of my order?
We will inform you of the status of your order through periodic communications to the e-mail address you use as a user and SMS to your cell phone.
Each purchase at Maddox Detail has a reference number with which you will be able to see in real time the status of your order through the tracking system offered by our system.

Is VAT included in your prices?
Yes, all prices include VAT.

Can I cancel a purchase?
Yes, you can cancel an order. You may return your order for any reason within 30 days.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately reimburse you the amount of the order via the payment method you have used. If you have paid by bank transfer, please provide us with your bank account number for reimbursement.
If the order has already been shipped, once we receive your order package back, we will proceed to reimburse you.

Do the products come with instructions in English?
Yes, always. According to the law, it is mandatory that the instructions be in Spanish.

Shipping and delivery times

What is the shipping method used?
Maddox Detail products are shipped via Correos Express and Correos Correos.

Where are orders delivered?
Shipments may be delivered to home addresses, post offices and CityPaq Automated Terminals.

How much does shipping cost?
Express delivery is free of charge in mainland Spain. Shipments to the Canary Islands have an additional cost of 7,99€. Shipments to the Balearic Islands have an additional cost of 1,99€. Express shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands are not available. You can find all the information on our Shipping and Delivery page.

What are the delivery times?
Urgent orders in Peninsula are delivered within 24-48 working hours after shipment. Shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands have a delivery time of 72 working hours after shipment.

Important: Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the following day.

How do I proceed if I am not at home when the carrier comes?
If the delivery person does not find anyone at the delivery address, the package will be returned for delivery the next business day. A notice will be left in your mailbox or you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS informing you of the situation. After 2 attempts the package will be deposited at a collection point or returned to Maddox Detail.

How do I proceed if the delivery person delivers me a product in bad condition?
When you receive the product, check that the package is in good condition and closed. Any anomaly can be noted on the delivery note and if you see that the product is broken, and it is not just superficial damage to the packaging, we recommend that you refuse the package.
All our products are checked before leaving our warehouse and we trust in the good performance of Correos but we know that during delivery there may be incidents.

How long do I have to return the product?
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return for withdrawal. Once we receive the product and review the conditions in which it is returned to us, we will proceed to refund your money through the same way you made the payment, within 48 working hours.
